in templates\wistie\css you have style.css

find in file body {
margin: 0px;
font-family: Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 12px;
color: #707070;
}
and add below { }:

background: url("../images/YOURBGFILE");

and create in templates\wistie\images file:
YOURBGFILE
