Google Adsense Revenue Sharing

I have installed google adsense revenue sharing module but now how i can put my adsense id. Where i should go. And one thing more i want that i will publish stories after a short approval. What should i do for this? Often in pligg websites when we submit a story a message come that your story has been held for moderation please come back again. I want this please help me for both.

I would like help with the adsense revenue sharing as well. I have installed and enabled profile extra fields and ARS, is there anything else that I need to do to complete this or set it up or does it just work now??
