    RSS Feeds Encoding slashes etc

    My RSS output is not able to be shown on other Web sites due to various encoding issues, see http://ciagents.com/u/rss.php?category=&status=&group= for an example of source url="http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com" etc.

    I can't figure out where the encoding may be getting confused by itself or what. If anyone can help it would be appreciated.

    Try feedburn to convert rssfeed, and google is not a good rss feed source, try directly access to sites used by google
