Story status change email?

How can I change the "story status change" email so it comes from my email. I can't find it in the admin panel. What file is it located in?

I also have another question: How can I remove trackback from under a posting? The trackback link next the tags and comments.

I did see that post and I tried to modify link_summary and it screwed up everything. But I tried it again and did it another way, now it works! Thanks

Also how can I change the stoy status email?
