People are forgetting the final "submit" button

Hi there. I'm noticing that people are not clicking the final "submit" button to finalize their submission and get into the queue.. I'm only finding their submissions by going into the admin control panel, viewing a user account and seeing their submitted links - which have a "discard" status.

This doesn't happen all the time - but enough to have me concerned that the Submit button, the very last action, is not visible enough for the end-user. Is there any way to enhance this to the point where people cannot overlook this last, crucial step?

    Thank you in advance...

Check out this mod that was shown to use by a forum member. It's some code that shows a prompt if you click anywhere but "submit" or "modify" on step 3 of the submit process. We added it to Pligg a while back and here are the files that were changed. http://pligg.svn.sourceforge.net/vie...v&revision=240

Thank you very much for the prompt reply! I'm going to check this out in the morning (it's 1am here now). My only worry is when people don't click the "submit" OR "modify" button at this point - and think they're done.. It seems that this mod will definitely help - at least most of the time.. Otherwise, maybe I can create my own "big red" or more noticeable "submit" button.

    Thanks again!

This is exactly the same problem we've been having, too.

It's not obvious enough that the final stage is stage at all...

That mod I posted will most likely solve all your problems. Your users can't click away from the page unless they either click on modify to modify the story or submit.

that was great I was also forgetting to click on the final submit page when I was posting a bunch of links on my side for the match streams every weekend.
