SFS Global Antispam blocks real people
SFS Global Antispam seem to be blocking too many real people than spammers. I have it disabled and uninstalled but it still showed me a new user that it blocked. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you uninstalled the module, then it probably isn't the SFS module doing the blocking. It's probably another module or core feature.

I had the module disabled by unchecking the chekbox but now i have it uninstalled. It's been uninstalled for the past 3 days and I see in the "SFS global antispam statistics" page in admin panel that it's keep blocking almost every genuine user.

Give as much details some of us can work with. Which version of Pligg, did you install on localhost or on server. Which modules are installed, which theme, do you have extra words in the antispam.txt files.
Imagine someone trying to replicate the problem you are having. Entering the same username / email address one of the real users has entered. That someone replicating your problem has to run into exactly the same problem to succeed (in that case).
As soon as the problem can be replicated, there's a better chance it can be fixed.

I am using Pligg 1.2.0 and it's installed on a hosting server. I'm using Boxybuzz theme.
I have akismet, captcha, spam trigger modules intalled. there are other modules too but those are the ones that pligg 1.2.0 comes with. I don't have any words in antispam.txt file.

I don't know how to tell you this, but I couldn't reproduce the problem yet.
SFS Antispam, Captcha and Akismet installed
Registered new user with a simple password and email address and he just was added.
It is either something simple or I can give you a workaround if you do not wish to use SFS Antispam for a while.
According to the readme of the module, you needed to add your API key of SFS to an index.tpl file, right?
Add your
api key in line 18 of modules/sfs_antispam/templates/sfs_antispam_index.tpl where it says APIKEYHERE
Maybe you can remove the API key and when a user registers, the SFS database won't be contacted.
If you need more help, please send me a PM (only on this issue). I would handle all other things here on the forum, but in the PM I need some specifics

If you uninstalled the module, you have to revert back to the original register.php file. Remember that when you installed SFS, you replaced that file with the other one. Hope this helps
