New Forums Now Online!

This is a notice that the forums have been upgraded and content from here on out will be stored (unlike the previous week). I will follow up with a blog article tomorrow detailing the major changes, but for now I am finishing up the testing process then heading to bed.

It's good to see the forum is upgraded.

However, it seems that Google results for forum threads/posts will point to dead links. For example, if you search: siteligg.com seo - Hanapin sa Google and click on each results, it says "invalid thread specified". I usually use Google instead of the built-in forum search for short terms such as css, php, seo, etc.

Yeah, I realized that the search links were broken when I first started the upgrade. This was caused because we basically started with a fresh vbulletin install. The thread IDs, which are used in URLs, are no longer accurate. I expect that Google will take a couple weeks to correct most links as it re-crawls the site. In the meantime use the forum search which is at the very top of each page. I know it's not as powerful as Google, but it will have to do for now.
