i need a module to to limit new story submission by karma
i mean if the user does not have karma, he should not be able to submit new links. Once the user has 0 karma he can vote and comment to gain some karma and then be able to submit new links.
i want to change karma setting like this: every activity in my website cost energy (karma) and users should submit comments or votes or anything to gain energies for they daily activities.

so if this module cost money no problem, i can pay for that
