Field Validations not working

Hello,

In my bookmarking site i am using pligg 1.2.0 CMS

I have provided proper validations for URL, Title and Description/stroy-text in Configure > Submit like below:

Minimum Title Length : 25 characters
Minimum Story Length : 180 characters
Maximum Title Length : 120 characters
Maximum Story Length : 400 characters

but none of those validation works fine. Anybody can submit story with no URL, no title or chore title, no story text or short story text.


Please help me how can i solve that problem.. also my site allow submission of English language sites only so how can i put that validation in submission process.
