    problem with submit.php on line 2

    hello brother's,
    i have a problem it said submit.php on line 2
    and i cant help it ?
    Warning: set_time_limit() [function.set-time-limit]: Cannot set time limit in safe mode in /home/xxx/public_html/pligg/pligg/submit.php on line 2
    any1 can help me plz ??

    That error is a server problem and not a Pligg problem. You are running PHP in safe mode.
