Spammers

I have a site that spammers have taken and I am trying to fix it. Is there a way to fix it so the email address has to verified before they can post? I have 3 pligg sites and they are taking all my time to keep them going. I also have continuously the sites breaking and it is not just the spam. I have one that I can not post to and need to get all these problems fixed.

I am really interested in the problem you are having with that site. Open a new thread if you haven't done so already, because that new thread could be 'upgraded' to an actual issue that needs to be fixed. Try to describe the problem as extensive as you can.
