Is this possible to define a specific set of fields?

I want to create a site with Pligg to do the following

Rather than just be a story or URL I want it to contain a set of specific fields that each user is required to fill in when submitting the link.

These would be something like
Owner/Author
Outlet/Source

and similar items like that. I would also want these to be searcheable.

Is it possible to define a set of fields that must be filled in with story submission?

Yes it's possible and quite easy to do. Search the forum for Extra Fields there is a lot of information about it.

I am considering designing some sort of module for extra fields, but it won't be done for a very long time if at all.
