Help me..!URGENT! Error/Problem with permalink/url of story!

Hello...First of all..I'm sorry..My english is bad..
I have a problem which i can fix until now..I built my social bookmarking indonesia site for about 2 months..My site run well until several days ago..I've used story's URL method 2 and it works well..But then it went wrong..

At first the story's url is fine(like this : http ://www.plazaberita.com/News/european-union-river-tours-1
but i don't know why since several days ago it changed become like this http ://www.plazaberita.com/News/-9573/
Please help me how to fix this..Anyone please Help me..

The problem has not been fixed yet...Please Anyone help me..Perhaps pligg developer could help me..I have search in this forum and also in google but i could'nt find any solution yet..
