Modules not showing in admin panel

I have a Pligg site, v1.1.4, where, if I look through FTP or File Manager, there are is plenty of content (all the standard stuff) in the /modules folder.

However, going through the admin panel, the modules page is completely blank, both the installed and the uninstalled tab.

Can anybody help with this problem?

    Thanks,
    Eric

From the sound of it your installation is corrupt. I would recommend downloading the same version and overwriting your core files. Then clear your cache dir
