Change page title from story.php to xyz.php

How can I change the title of story.php to the local translated version. It would just look better in URLs to have all the words in the correct language (in our case Czech). Where is this title defined? I've searched through the template files and all base .tpl and .php files. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

OK, I've found where these titles are defined. In root -> libs -> html1.php line 593 for example:
