I tried adding some instructions to the Pligg Wiki but can't login with the username/ password I created for the Wiki. After requesting the username/ password, I still haven't received it via e-mail.

Since, this is also the Drawing Board, I think that all instructions located in the Readme should direct users to the Wiki for installation/ upgrade help.

I set up the wiki to share the same users and passwords as the Pligg forum a few weeks ago. Have you tried logging in to the forum first, then navigating to the wiki to see if it automatically logs you in? And have you also tried using your forum user/pass combination?
By the way, the wiki really needs to be updated.
