Pligg's Killspam module

i want to install Pligg's Killspam. please tell me which module i have to download and how i can install it at local server.

Killspam is not a module, it is a built-in feature for Pligg. To use it, navigate to the story, comment, or user management pages in the admin panel and either set a story/comment as spam or select the Killspam checkbox on the user management page. This will remove all of the content submitted by that user from the site and ban the account, so be careful when marking stories as spam.
