Stories are not being submited in my site

I'm having a little problem to submit stories. When I click "Save Changes and Submit" on step 2, it sends me back to step 1 of submit a link, and the story is not submitted
It worked before but now it's not working, and I didn't change nothing in the codes.
    How can i solve this?

My website is: Nobody.TV - Sharing Videos From Unsigned and Independent Artists

    Thanks a lot!!

Probably caused by your template file, or perhaps a module. Try switching to Wistie temporarily to see if that fixes the issue. You could also try disabling modules like Akismet or Captcha's story submission option to see if that is related to it.

You are right, is the template. I switched to wistie and it worked fine. It was working before with this template, I don't know why stopped working. This template was perfect to me.
I will try to start from zero and see if works.
Thanks a lot for the answer...

what worked pretty well for me, was having a "virgin" version of my template, so if something stopped working i could always try copying say, the submit_step_2.tpl file into my server and replacing the file already there. that has saved me ALOT of trouble when editing templates
