changing the admin password

Hi, I recently bought a site from someone based on Pligg 1.1.5. This is all new to me and I want to change the log-in password for accessing the site admin (domain.com/admin). Can anyone tell me what I need to do (in really simple terms)? thanks

when logged in as the admin.

go to:

Abcbookmarks is a do follow bookmarking site - Your Source for Social News and Networking

and press edit. from there you can change your password.
