Adding home page only link - Which file to edit?

Just read about how to add home page only links through Home page link only

However I am not aware what file to edit. I want this for my site Prmsp - Fullfill your socialbookmarking needs and I want to add links below Top Tag widget on side bar. Please let me know which file to edit.

Could you point out where on your homepage you want the content to display? Then I could make a recommendation as to what template file you should add it to.

Here I would like to add html codes to display a banner on the right widget under the Upcoming News section (Of course after the 5 news links). I mean I wanted to create a section namely, sponsors and want to list a banner down there. Please help and let me know what files and where I have to edit.

Have you tried inserting the ad code into the sidebar.tpl or sidebar2.tpl files?

Make sure that you start any JavaScript with {literal} and end with {/litearl} tags
