mod to auto-generate title

i run a site called grouphug.us. i'm experimenting with re-implementing the site on pligg, to see if it makes sense. one thing i need pligg to do is to automatically generate a random 9-digit number for the title. as you'll see on grouphug.us, posts don't have titles. would this be doable via a pligg module?

i imagine someone could mod that for you, but i wouldnt know where to start
