Internal Server Error

Hi there,
I've noticed a lot of internal server error messages that sometimes appear.
Is this due to a large database?
I've grown my database to almost 5000,6000 threads and now I am getting internal server error alot.

Sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn't. Is this .htaccess error or is it server?

I am using v. 9 beta , using dreamhost as hosting,
mysql 5.1.2,

At the beginning of install, i didn't get errors at all but it seems like as the database increased to 10 MB, I am getting Internal Server Error like 30% of the time...

oh yeah, i am using paul01 template, i will try the default template and see if that fixes the problem...
well, mostly, i am getting the error on all pages, sometimes, and sometimes not...

It seems this print.css is causing a the problem and I couldn't find print.css anywhere....
