Sneak don't work

how come sneak doesn't work on my site? I did exactly like the README file. Please help?

Never mind, I don't know what I did, but I make Sneak works now.

The only problem I have is the tell a friend, when you invite, a link to the stories in tell a friend is mess up. The mess up link contained extra duplicate subfolder. Example: http://www.mydomain.com/sub/sub/link.html, but the correct link should be http://www.mydomain.com/sub/link.html

I would love to get help on this, thanks in advance.
