When browsing a category, tabs do not link to same category

When browsing a category, tabs do not link to same category

For example, while browsing:

http://www.example.com/index.php?category=mycategory

clicking on any one of the tabs -- for instance: This Week -- gives this link:

http://www.example.com/index.php?part=week

Notice the "category" parameter is missing from the link?

What we want is this:
http://www.example.com/index.php?category=mycategory&part=week

Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this?

Facing the same prob ... one part is adding the / at the end of the url in themes/..../category.tmpl

and next part will be modifying the .htaccess ... someone pls help.

Not working with URL method 1, unfortunately.

it does not work in my setup atleast for URL2..

The category link is:
http://www.mahaweb.com/dynamic/category/HotNews

(i think if this is atleast set to http://www.mahaweb.com/dynamic/category/HotNews/ .. then the next url will have a better chance of working)..

and then
the link for Today or yday i get is:

http://www.mahaweb.com/dynamic/categ...php?part=today

(if the / was there it wud look like:
http://www.mahaweb.com/dynamic/categ...php?part=today and then we wud need a .htaccess to handle it).

Please note I am not an expert .. i played around with it and its closer to the fix. But I will leave it for experts.

I downloaded pligg from sourceforge around a week or two back . But after overwriting the files where u made the changes i get some errors.

I am ok with upgrading my whole code to the latest. How do I do that ? Where do I get the latest zip. Please help.

For eg. in my copy of index.php I do not find the string "setup the" but ur file has the line.
