The code isn't even parsing correctly (or whatever thats called) on the main index page after I install. I cannot login. Nothing is working at all. It said the install went okay, although the pages I did the install from looked a little weird design wise. I've tried doing this twice, and I get the same thing?

also your install directions must be out of date, because there was no config2.php file in the zip etc.

Something is wrong with your server. What provider are you with?

My host is:
www.dh2.net

I think all the files uploaded okay. but I'm not sure. I thought the mysql database was okay. I hope I put it in the right directory.

I am looking at /info.php on your site and your MySQL section is looking weird.

Here is what mine looks like http://img133.imageshack.us/my.php?i...5265pngvf3.png

And this is what yours looks like http://img133.imageshack.us/img133/1...5265pngdb3.png

What type of database are you using?

I think it might be related to my FTP. Its not getting every piece of data. I also got it to connect using the right mysql user. Its looks better than before...but its still messed up at the header. I will recheck the files individually and post back in a bit.

I turned on error reporting. I still get lots of wierd errors, and that string of text that doesnt disappear. I don't know what would be different about my host or install at this point.

Definite FTP problem. We recommend FileZilla.
