Looking For Pligg Developer for Large Project - $5000 Budget

Myself and my business partner are looking for an exceptional developer/designer to build a fully customized website using the Pligg framework. This site will incorporate the basic features of Pligg but will require complex customization in both functionality and backend design. The business plan and proposal for this project are still in the works so as of right now we are looking for candidates who may be intersted in heading the development. Full project details and discussion with candidates will be carried out in a few weeks once the proposal is finished, so please do not ask for details right now, we are just looking to find the right person to work on it. Once we have found our developer we will devulge the full details and negotiate price/timeframe.
