I've been scratching my head because of an rss import error that others and me of mentioned in various threads.
Warning: fopen(templates_c/c_d49cb3aadf092ced0e3991c138a47be0.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/gintel/public_html/pligg/class.template.php on line 669
Warning: fwrite(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/gintel/public_html/pligg/class.template.php on line 670
Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /home/gintel/public_html/pligg/class.template.php on line 671
Checking rights reinstalls, php versions, hosts, downloads etc. nothing worked.
Poking around I found I have 2 template_c folders.
pligg/rss/templates_c
pligg/rss_templates
pligg/rss/libs
pligg/rss/cache
And
pligg/templates_c
pligg/templates
pligg/libs
pligg/cache
Unless I over looked something, and I've gone back and checked a few spots, I can find nothing mentioning these duplicate folders. And I didnt' create them, their in the downloadable that way.
When I found this rss/templates_c folder I set it to 777 and my rss import error went away, and the file it's been trying to create was finally created -rss is writing to this folder
Please advise, is this correct directory structure, and what chmod should all of these have?
Thanks
