Lost Admin Password

Embarrassing, I know, but somehow I just can't get logged back in as 'admin', no matter what I try. Is there anything I can do? If not, can I re-up something and overwrite something in order to reset it? It's a pretty fresh install, so i wouldn't lose much...

Any direction would be much appreciated!

create a new user and give them god access via the database. Log in and then you an reset god's password to "password" and then go from there.

Go to your 'users' table using phpMyAdmin.

You can reset the password of your original 'god' user to 'password' by modifying the 'user_pass' field to the following string.

033700e5a7759d0663e33b18d6ca0dc2b572c20031b575750

This is the encoded value for the string 'password'. Once you save this, try logging into your site 'admin' area using your admin user login and 'password'.

You can also set a new user to 'god' by setting the 'user_level' to 'god' for the user.
