RSS Module Problem: Special Characters like apostrophe, ampersand Cause mySQL Error

Well, the topic about says it. Everything works great except that when an RSS feed has an apostrophe (') or an ampersand (&) in the title it creates the link but if you try to view its detail page it gives a mySQL error like this:

SQL/DB Error -- [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 's-Home-City-San-Francisco'' at line 1]
