Hello, can someone here helps me? When I test the tell a friend function, I recieve a test tell a friend email and saw that in the tell a friend's email, it sends a broken story link.

For example the story is at mydomain.com/sub/alligatordied.php, but tell a friend will actually insert that story link in the email as mydomain.com/sub/sub/aligatordied.php. So there is extra same sub directory in the link.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Have a link to your site? It shouldn't do this. Here is the code from recommend.php that grabs the link before it's put into the email:

$link_url = my_base_url . my_pligg_base . getmyurl("story", $link->id);

that translates to story link = www.yourdomain.com/yoursubfolder/storylink

I saw exact code you stated earlier in recommend.php but tell a friend still acting funky. The code in my recommend.php is like this:

$link_url = my_base_url . my_pligg_base . getmyurl("story", $link->id);

So I don't really know what's going on.
