Newbie question - changing template

I finished installing Pligg and now I'm trying to change the current template I have to either digitalnature or mollio-beat template. Could someone show me a step by step instructions?
Can I change it from Admin? if so, how?

admin > configure > template. You see that it currently says yget. Click on this and type one of the names that you see in your /templates directory.
