Story links are not working

I want to make the story headers to link the story, I configured it so, but they just don't link. I looked at the html source and it is like <a href="">. What can be the problem?

What version of pligg are you using, what url method, and what template??

I'm using beta 9.1, url method 2 and a custom template, but I checked it with yget and mollio-beat, the problem goes on.

Sorry, I can't link my site because its on the localhost. Pardon me for not obeying the rules.

I think I found the reason of the problem. URLmethod 2 and Enable outgoing links. value: true somehow error $url variable.

My problem is solved but there seems to be a problem with out and urlmethod 2. Thanks guys

If urlmethod 2 is used and outgoing links are enabled (out.php) the smarty variable $url doesn't work.
I resolved the problem by simply setting "Enable outgoing links." to "false".
