Fatal Error when installing 9.1

I get this

Code:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class httprequest in /home/charlesd/public_html/orbun/pligg/libs/link.php on line 800

Does anyone know why?

Have you attempted to re-upload the files and try again? Are you using version 9.1? I just checked link.php and the function that is throwing this error is at line 821

I've started over 4 times now.

And I know PHP very well and know my way around in mysql rather good.
