[Fixed] Strange Error Message Once in a while

They come out ocassionally when i click thru my site while administering, posting stories etc. Any gurus who can shed light on this?



oh yah just one more question.

I managed to get youtube, google video to be embedded in www.pHinger.net
However, i could not get it to embedded Image.

note at the end the link appears in text

I have put in the tag <img>http://www.hardwarezone.com/img/data/articles/2007/2198/Box.jpg</img> and added the <img> in the allowable HTML tag configuration.
need some advice here as well

the img tag is the html tag
