TOS and privacy policies etc?

Just installed Pligg and was wondering if there is any generic Terms of Service or privacy policy thing in place to basically prevent people from suing you?

If not, would be an idea to put together.

Or any ideas on what I should do?

I've gone ahead and added the same copyright statement digg uses, i.e: "© [mysite] 2007 — User-posted content, unless source quoted, is licensed under a Creative Commons Public Domain License. "
