I am rushing around somewhat .. I haven't checked those aspects however my first install provided me with a lot of problems in that I couldn't configure things under Modify Language

so I decided to simply start over with everything else I had learnt and done

So directly manipulate the DB to change them to normal users the is only way to properly delete them and their contributions?

with beta 9.7 there is no edit command after you click admin and user management.

there is create user and search

I will try to change the god name by editing the database

okay that worked fine. Just change the name god in the first data entry in the user table for your user account, do not change the second god, because that is for the level. I logged out, changed the first one to ladynada, and then logged in, no problems.

hold on, I came back on, because I may have broken something else when I changed my name. I could not see categories or change categories!

yes... I started all over, and did not make that name change in the database, and now I can see categories and change them, so do not do that name change in the database.
