It works fine for me and I'm using FF 1.5.7. Your location installed and pligg base is set correctly in the admin panel as far as I can see.

personally i think they are only hurting the Pligg community. Many creative people are not technical people, and the creative people would probably add a large amount of new templates to the community. the community seems to be focused on a few people.
I second this!
Documenting this will probably add 1% of the time it took to develop this, this is ridiculous!
Just do it!

Feel free to contribute any documentation you make. Frankly, complaining about free, open source, volunteer supported, beta software is RIDICULOUS!

Guys - I think the complaints are right in some ways. The truly latest install options are not entirely accurate. RIght off the bat (looking at the install instructions above) I see a problem. I just downloaded the latest version - 9.1 and am looking for the "config2.default.." flie. It's not there. There is a file called "config.php" which is probably the same thing, but it's certainly not what's described.

I've attached the README file included in beta 9.1. Can you point out where it says anything about config2.php without mentioning that it's related to older versions? every time config2 is mentioned it clearly states something about only doing anything to config2 if you're using an older version.

I did not see the readme file, as I came here first looking for instructions... thanks for pointing that out!

I read through the instructions and this thread and I was intimidated. But, really, this install was a breeze and I've dealt with MUCHO worse. The hardest part was setting up mysql, since I know diddly 'bout mysql. Or at least did. But trial by fire is one of the best ways to learn!

Thanks!
