Who can fix it?

I thought that the EVB is very important function, it can help our pligg site to popularize.

Thanks Simon again.

I found that when we uploaded a EVB file to other website or add javascript to webpage of other website , it will been happened
"error: menealo is not defined menealo(7,2850,0,'6c6bfc3fbe73fc943c0e6f45281f63a3 ',10)
"
If we uploaded a EVB file to own website or add javascript to webpage of own website , it works fine.

I thought that this can help us to fix it.

Oh, that means it should be a cross domain scripting issue. That could well mean we abandon the auto-voting alltogether. It's a security risk, and I don't think most new browsers will allow you to execute such code anyway.

Correct me if i'm wrong...

Javascript where you execute an xmlhttprequest (ie. actually vote) from a remote domain?

Remember, the actual EVB javascript works. This is just the auto-voting that causes problems. I've not seen a digg button that allows you to vote from another domain. Can you show me where 1 exists?

Unless anyone can show me otherwise, i'll remove the voting code tomorrow, and leave it at just a digg style submit and view button. I always wondered why digg never had the option to let users vote directly from the button...

The EVB will run too...I think you're missing the point of what I'm asking. Can you show me an example where you can vote directly from the digg button? I think the answer is no since I just went and checked their buttons once more. If you switch auto-voting off, it will work just fine, and a lot less complicated.

I have removed the voting code from the EVB for now. Download the attachment from the first post to install the simplified button.

That digg this button does not let you automatically vote. It requires you to login first, AND takes you to the digg.com site to vote. This EVB does the same thing - it displays votes, and takes you to the article to vote when you click on the button.

I don't use digg.com myself, but what you are probably referring to in the above post is the diggthis.php url - I'm guessing it adds a vote if a user is logged in and clicks on it. That isn't automatic voting, it is just a short-cut to on site voting. You cannot vote remotely.
