I've done quite a few searches and applied some of the suggestions, and the problem still remains. Actually, after I tried the last solution, the whole site is broke now.

The Title URL and the actual site url underneath the title all start with my sites base url prepended to the middle of the story sites' URL.

This is not too much like the post listed in the "Bugs" section where the base URL prepended the whole URL. I tried reverting my links.php to the Build 850, and that's what broke the site.

So I am stumped. The version is 9.1 with yget. Everything seems to work great except for the URL problem.
