We moved the language file a few versions back to: /languages/lang_english.conf

Weird coincidence, but I just made a TinyMCE module for Pligg last night. It's included with the latest SVN version and works really well with Pligg 1.0.0. Installing the module is a one-click process and you're up and running with a WYSIWYG editor for Pligg.
Only bug I know of caused by the module is the placement of the Read More link, I'll fix that issue tomorrow. The TinyMCE module will be included with RC2, which will be out soon.
