Invitation By registration only

Is there any way we can add " registration by Invitation only" in pligg. This will keep the system clean. If anybody has made this, I would be great full if you can share!!!

I would also love to make my Pligg site invitation based. I hope someone can make a mod for this or guide us on how to do this.
