Hi All,

After a few days of wrestling with this, I have something that is really workable and customizable.

I now present.... Image Upload v.1.

There is an extensive readme file that accompanies the module as it requires editing a few files. Please read this first.

There are a number of TODOs on my list. So expect new versions over the next few weeks. As-is, it allows you to attach an image in JPG, GIF, PNG and WBMP formats. Thumbnails are handled dynamically. In the future, it will store photo captions and allow multiple image uploads with using only a single extra field.

Demo please?

Please download Image Upload v. 0.2 as a number of code fixes have been applied.

There is no demo available at its being built into a current site that has not launched yet.

can't wait to see a demo, but just a thought, it would be cool to have the option of uploading an image, or placing the url to the image.

Is anyone else having trouble getting this to work? Has anyone actually got it to work for them? I'm trying to find out if it's me or something wrong with the mod. I worked with Cent a while last night and couldn't get it to work and then he said he fixed some things and I tried the latest version in the downloads section and still can't get it to work.

By the way, Cent, you hard coded "/pligg" in _settings.php. I think possibly changing that to my_pligg_base . /images should work. I installed Pligg in the root this time, too, but no luck still.

same here - I have been trying this since yesterday - still no luck - probably we need to wait for Cent to come with his own demo to decide.
