Upgraded to 9.5, now I can't get to admin panel

The title says most of it, but I upgraded from 9.1 to 9.5 and now I can't get to the admin panel. The admin drop down menu is displaying, but the links don't take me anywhere.

I'm also getting an adsense module error which may be related or not, I don't know. I can't turn it off because I can't get to the module admin. You can see it it you check out the bottom of any of the pages on the site - www.greendope.com .

I looked through the forums but couldn't find anything seemingly related. Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: Sorry, just realized the title did in fact say it all - incorrectly. I upgraded from 9.5 to 9.6. Since the original post I've also noticed some problems like the upcoming stories tab doesn't show the number of new stories and the admin issue seems to have something to do with the fact that the links are only pointing to the site root (e.g. www.greendope.com), not a specific module.

Nevermind, I found this cause in this thread - Vanilla Forum Integration .

I think this should be included in the readme since everyone (theoretically) reads it first, but they may not read the forums first. I was happy with the digital nature template so had I know this I probably wouldn't have upgraded.

However, now I'm glad that I did. 9.6 seems to be doing much better overall and I like the way the customization of yget is coming out.
