Hyperlink only on underline - IE7

I have some users informing me that the title link to articles is dead, but the underline for the title text is an active link. Given that the underline is pure CSS, I have no idea why this would occur.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Users experiencing this have been using IE7.
I'm running Pligg beta 9.1

The link target is fine, it's just this one apparent bug thats been reported where only the underline is the link not the text. In firefox the user is having no problems. No IE plugins in use either - wierd

Oh and I've just realised I posted this in Bug Reports, - sorry :/
