9.6 Upgrade: Module Management

I get this error when I access Module Management from the admin panel. Nothing else can be done on the page.

SVN 1159: "Fixed a bug where modules were not working" has been installed.

Nothing has been configured in the install, since I am trying to get info on how to get the connection to my database active, updated or restored from backup.

That is the error that I got when I installed SVN 1159.

When I removed it, I was able to operate the site, although I do have other problems. Feel free to take a look, the link below.
