How to remove <br /> in link_summary_pre_story_content

Hey fellas:

How can one go about removing those nasty little <br /> that are injected with the story at submission and are displayed in the pre_story_content of the un/published pages?

Depending on where the <br /> are they can make the sentence lines look a little screwy.
It would be nice to just filter them out in the pre_story_content.

Hey, dont really know what you want. But from what you described you should check your link_summary.tpl file for the "<br/>" tags. If you have an example page post it

The above <br /> were injected during the submit process and do not exist in link_summary.tpl. So the question still stands: How does one filter them out during submit?

Thanks at the attempt of resolving the issue. I did a search for 'nl2br' and found only 3 entries on the topic. None of them really addressed the issue. Moreover, I did a search for 'nl2br' in my Pligg 9.5 beta files and did not find a single instance of 'nl2br'...so I think it's safe to presume that this value is not the issue.

Any other suggests?
