9.6 Avatar Bug ( Minor)

As an Admin, possibly all users as well if you select "I want to use a custom avatar", and then never upload one.

It will say "Welcome avatar "Username" "

So for "God" it says " Welcome avatar god"

Again, very minor

Is that the situation where it breaks the avatar? I had noticed someone on my site had no avatar and was wondering how he did it?

it's when you set "I will upload avatar" and not upload an avatar.

I have a fix ready, waiting to see what other devs think and i'll commit it.
