How to disable queue option and unpublishe option?

I just like my site to publish news asap and I don't want any queue or unpublished news options. It will be waste of time for news to be in queue or unpublished categories. I just want news to be published straight away.

How can I disable queue or unpublished news options?

admin > config > voting > votes to publish. Set it to 1.
