I have a site currently set up. I have experimented with Pligg for atleast 2 months now. I was wondering if there is any way (even if I have to do it myself) to bridge users between Joomla or SMF. I don't need sessions, all I need is the same username and password so users aren't forced to register twice. Please help me out and tell me how I can synchronize the users between either Joomla or SMF to Pligg. All help is appreciated, and a big thank you to anyone with a good solution. I'd rather not switch to Phpbb or another portal because everything is already set up, running, and it'd be a shame to have to start over. I know there must be a way to synch JUST the user/pass. Thanks once again.

but i'm looking for the same answer... You've been waiting for a long time so i should carry on looking for that bridge thing
