Changing the sort order on the frontpage

I am currently loving Pligg, it's all very nice. I have one big wish though.

I would really like to change the sort order of the frontpage, so it sorts items with the most votes on top, and not neccessarily takes care of the date. More like what happens at dellideastorm.com - is this possible?

I can understand this is a rather dificult task.

Would anyone on this forum be interested in doing this hack/plugin/mod for me, ofcourse not for free, I'm thinking 50-100 USD?
